On 'stand-by' for quite some time, the company is now pursuing the foundational needs for its objectives – the necessary funding, key people, and essential physical and ITC infrastructures, together with initial public awareness, that are needed to launch the project.
Once sufficient substance is established, and initial obligations are met, formal charitable status is envisaged.
